The Japan Corporate Governance Network (CG Net) is a non-profit organization focused on enhancing corporate governance in Japanese companies. Its membership includes individuals, corporations, law firms, auditing firms, and various organizations with an interest in corporate governance. CG Net’s activities involve facilitating the exchange, collaboration, and training of independent outside directors and auditors. It conducts workshops and organizes seminars and lectures for corporate officers, including staff from the Board of Directors' Office. The organization also engages in research and offers practical support related to corporate governance.
