| LINTSTOCK LINTSTOCKはロンドンに所在する取締役会評価を専門とするコンサルティング会社です。英国に於いて最大の顧客数を誇り、国際的にも存在を高めています。主な顧客は、AstraZeneca、BP、Ericsson、 Heineken、 ING Group、Royal Dutch Shell、Vodafone、Volvo等です。 またLINTSTOCKは、All Party Parliamentary Corporate Governance Group(APPCGG)の政策アドバイザーでもあります。この団体は英国議会に対して企業ガバナンスの理解を高めるのを目的としています。LINTSTOCKがAPPCGGの代わりに行った最近の調査は、FTSE All Share Companiesの役員評価手法で、200人を超える会長やカンパニー・セクレタリーから聞き取りを行っています。 Oliver ZiehnはLINTSTOCKのパートナーで、英国や諸外国に於いて役員評価に関し11年以上の経験を持つ。Oliverは会社の顧問業務と調査の責任者である。 Philip MackieはLINTSTOCKのAssociateである。Philipは会社の二つの新マーケットの営業担当であり、クライアント対応の責任者である。 |
Lintstock is a London-based advisory firm specialising in the area of Board performance reviews. They have the largest client base in the UK and a growing international presence, with clients including AstraZeneca, BP, Ericsson, Heineken, ING Group, Royal Dutch Shell, Vodafone and Volvo, amongst others. Lintstock also acts as a policy advisor to the All Party Parliamentary Corporate Governance Group (APPCGG), a body that aims to develop and enhance the understanding of corporate governance at Parliament in the UK. Their most recent study conducted on behalf of the APPCGG examined the Board review practices of FTSE All Share companies, and received input from over 200 Chairmen and Company Secretaries. Oliver Ziehn is a Partner at Lintstock. With over 11 years of experience conducting Board reviews in the UK and internationally, Oliver has primary responsibility for the firm's advisory mandates and research activities. Oliver will be joined by Philip Mackie, an Associate at Lintstock. Philip directs Lintstock’s business development in to new markets and is responsible for a portfolio of client relationships. |
